i slacked at home the whole day today. the entire day. yes the entire 24 hrs and counting. haha maybe its the effect of having two packed days that makes me wanna slack. actually when have we never had packed days? lol. my horoscope is always saying i need to stop filling my time with activities and leave time for myself. haha i like reading my horoscope even tho i dont take it that seriously. lol. but i like being busy. leaves me no time and energy to think about other stuff which im seriously better off not thinking about. ok im digressing.
anyway sam and i went to be mascots on sat and sun. we cabbed down to suntec after the university talk thing in sch and rushed to find the toys r us. haha den after we finally found the toys r us we cldnt find the guy we were supposed to meet! and not knowing how he looks like doesnt help at all. while we were standing in front of toys r us looking like some lost souls this pro looking guy came up to us and we went "eugene?" thats the name of the guy who msged us. and the guy was like "er no im blah blah blah and do you want to donate to blah...." it was quite funny actually. anyway we found the real eugene later and he brought us to our changing room which is actually sorta like a construction site. its one of the stores but its like undergoing renovation or sth. so its like covered up and stuff so it became our changing room. there wasnt even a light inside. the only light we had was coming from the corridor. and there was no way to see outside except thru cracks in the 'wall' and the two holes in the door that someone had made in order to open the door. it was that pathetic. and the best part was sam and i got trapped inside for awhile when the ledge outside came down and we cldnt open the door from the inside! and we didnt have our phones with us so we were really stuck inside. we tried calling out but nobody heard and we cldnt move the ledge from inside no matter how we tried. haha but no there wasnt some dramatic rescue in the end. we managed to shake the door until somehow it managed to open. lol.
but our costumes looked alright and altho we had a little difficulty changing in the dark we came out ok. so we transformed into
adventure joe and amy! haha i think the kids were pretty surprised when we came out from that little door. i had a pretty hard time walking ard as adventure joe coz my shoes were so big and kept flopping ard. and adventure joes hair came unstitched and kept flopping into my vision. but otherwise it was ok. super hot when we danced with the kids but i think sam and i are pretty decent mascots. first timers too ok! we even came up with this sequence of poses so that we will match when we take pictures with the kids. haha it was fun man. and we managed to do some shopping in btwn the acts on sat too :):):)
ive never posed for so many pics at one shot before in my life. haha except for maybe when caroline, sihua and i go to the beach. but it was quite fun. especially since they cant see my face so i can act as silly as ive always wanted. and throw in all the silly poses and dance moves too. lol i was dancing a mix of jitterbug and whiney. but its quite funny coz right after our part is over the party ends too and we can leave str away. so the two of us walk out from the changing room and the kids who are still ard can actually see us. anyone with an iq can figure out who adventure joe and amy really are, seriously. but maybe little kids arent that observant. oh well. i dont really care actually. haha and i dont mind being a mascot again! as long as its for little kids. i think their fun. i had fun. call me if you need a mascot!

i finally watched the prestige today. haha not really finally la. wasnt veri keen on the movie actually but i felt like watching after hearing everybody say how nice it is. so today after pwing in school caroline and i went down to century square to meet sihua, tiefu and wenlong to watch. i was walking super slowly even tho we didnt really have much time coz my legs were really really really aching. we got there on time anyway. still had time to go buy chicken. can i say that the chicken at tampines mall sucks? its nowhere as nice as the one at ps or the one near orchard mrt. eew. please dont make the mistake of buying it like me. its really not as appetising as it looks.
and yes, what everybodys been saying is true.
the prestige is really nice. haha. its kinda cheem and must listen to what their saying to catch whats going on but its really a fantastic movie. full of unexpected twists and the ending was a really big surprise. to me at least. and i was so scared that the guy will really die! haha shall not say what happened in the end and spoil the show for those who havent watched it yet. but really, go watch it. its really worth it. i think its worth 9.50 even. haha.
i think im going to die during tmrs trg. seriously. 8 suicides! and with my legs still aching from trg ytd! wow. i can really say goodbye to my legs. dont think i can walk after tmr. and i think my timings will be super slow too. thats really great. haiz. think im going to have a nice day tmr man. ct session in the morning. op practice after that. den trg. am i going to have energy to crawl up the bus to go home? haiz.
im off. shld at least sleep early so i have more energy to run tmr. byee!

im getting a little sick of to be with you. lol maybe humming it 24/7 in my head is turning me off the tune. haha anyway NOVEMBER is coming up very very very soon and lets look at all the birthdays that are coming up ;) there seems to be alots of birthdays coming up. maybe NOVEMBER is a nice month to have babies :)

i love that song! yes its old. lol but i just realised how nice it is. haha. everybody go hear it! haha and nobody tagged me since i put up my cbox :( well considering that i put it up at 234 this morning and now its nearly one pm...and considering everybodys at school now...hmm. thats not too bad i guess. lol and i still cant figure out why i got no sch today. haha actually i dont even know if i have but everybody says mon and tues are holidays what. i was surprised when my sisters and my bro disappeared to sch this morning la. den now i wanna go shopping but everybody has school. so sad. actually supposed to go shopping with caroline and sihua. but dunno if its still on lehh. haiz.
anyway 4d pple pls check joannes blog for updates on our class outing. lol. it keeps getting postponed! hope it doesnt get cancelled. lol. wont la. we're a united class. haha.
midyrs i got SEEED. now i have CDDEE. thats great. haha. but im quite happy coz my chem jumped from E to C. lol. but econs and phy still stuck at E. i just cant get phy and cant write good econs essays. haiz. and gp still D. but maths jumped too. from S to D. yayy. haha. but im not very happy with my grades. its promotable but not very good. nvm shall work harder next yr. at least im not so angry with myself anymore. coz i heard one sentence from ms chia that really makes sense to me. she said
working hard doesnt mean you will do well what. haha actually i went with anghong and caroline [yes, big lightbulb me] to ask her abt dropping to h1. haha den she said that and it really hit me that yes its true. i shldnt keep making myself feel bad just coz i didnt do well.
haha this has been a really random post. haha ok im off to look for someone to go shopping with me.

yayy i got a cbox! haha coz my tagboard is not working. so irritating. i dont even get to see my new tags :( heyy must tag me on my cbox k! it doesnt even have one tag now. so nice and new. lol.
personally i think we've been having a good time since promos been over. yes we had one wk of lessons but they were super slack! mr har even joined us in folding cranes during his tutorial :):):) he rocks! haha. and on fri we had a FULL DAY OFF! haha. we went to sch for the farewell assembly for mrs chan coz shes leaving and she decided to give us a final full day off. its so sad that shes leaving. vj wont be the same without her :( haha so on our surprise free day, caroline, sihua, me, anghong, and tiefu went ecp to cycle! lol so we can strike off one of the items on our pcube list. lol. actually we can strike off quite a few alr! haha yayy. cycling was fun! haha den we went back to school to eat lunch. gotta help the canteen aunties finish the food you see. they didnt know that there wld be full day off so they prepared lots of food as always. think they were quite pissed when they knew there was going to be full day off. haha. den after lunch we went to tiefus house to swim. we didnt swim in the end tho. haha. anyway actually only caroline and i wanted to swim. but we wanted to digest our lunch first so we went up to his house to play cards. and we got stuck there. thats kinda expected isnt it. haha. put someone like me whos been like going cold turkey on bridge since the first three months up there with 3 people and a deck of cards. what do you expect to happen? lol. haha anyway after we got bored of bridge we played other games. den we went for dinner at bayshore park. haha there were these 2 cats at the eating place! and they were like twins la. super cute but i dont like having cats running ard under the table when im eating. its kinda scary. haha. after dinner we went to sit by the pool to digest our food again. lol den we saw the 2 cats and tiefu tried to feed them a piece of fish he brought from carolines food. lol the cat gobbled it up super fast! haha and i think it wanted more but sadly thats all we had left. lol.

i am enjooooyyyyyiiinnnnng my freedom. haha. but somehow i still sleep as late as when we were having promos. haha but i get to wake up lots lots lots later man :) :) and i dont mind doing pw so much now that i dont have promos hanging over me anymore. lol.
yayy this week is a busy week. mon went to sch for gas meeting. den met eunice in town to watch you me and dupree and shoooooopp! haha the shopping was great man. and so was the movie. haha but its not really that funny. haha anyway den ytd spent the whole day doing pw! haha we were supposed to meet at 10 at hls house. den i was late and nikhil called me when i was on the bus to tell me that hes outside hls house but apparently hl was still sleeping. haha he waited for half an hr outside? haha i told him to climb over the gate and he didnt want to! haha so in the end we met at marine parade lib instead. haha den we did pw until hl woke up and asked us go his house. haha anyway to summarize in the end we went his house after lunch and chionged our pw until 837 [on my phone!] and apparently 831 on nikhils watch and 843 on hls phone but anyway it was done. haha can i say we were just haaaaaaappy! and the best thing happened when i was going home! i got bloody hell lost! haha not lost actually but i missed the stop. and it was the last stop before the looooonnng expressway. and i missed it! yayy so i ended up in woodlands. and the bus stop i was trying to take back from was so freaking scary! there was like nobody at all and at the side there was this super scary small road with trees all ard and scary lamposts. i was hoping and hoping and hoping that the bloody hell 966 would come man. haha anyway yeah in the end i got home at eleven. it really rocked my socks man. after one whole day of pw getting lost is like wow thanks man. super fun.

yes its over. finally after like how long of being deprived! haha im still getting used to my new freedom. haha still feels like i gotta rush off to go mug up on sth. nvm its gonna be super easy switching to slacker mode. my natural mode man. haha. anyway today maths was ok. doable at least. i'll be happy with a pass! haha i just wanna pass and get promoted and keep all my subjs at h2!
anyway today was fun. after the paper we killed more brain cells trying to decide where to go. in the end went to eat kfc :) haha my fav man. lol. and we coloured the paper they gave us on the tray! haha. with carolines markers. it was fun. we're so gonna send it in man. haha. us childhoodless people. haha i just hope we wont lose to some three year old. haha. after kfc we went to town and shopped and shopped and shopped! haha till our legs were really breaking man. but we accomplished what we wanted to do! haha we walked the whole of town from ps to far east! we skipped a few shopping centres but yayy the shopping was fun. nice to be doing sth uve always wanted to do instead of being cooped up at home studying and repressing the natural urge to shop instead. haha. and we bought lots of things and spent lots of money. actually wanted to watch movie but we cldnt tear ourselves away from shopping man. rocks. haha.

its nearly one hr past midnight and i got chem paper tmr. i really shld be sleeping. oh whatthehell. not like if i sleep now i'll do super well for chem. actually i'll be super content with just a pass. i dont wanna take r paper and i dont wanna retaaaaiiin! argh. what can i say. i alreadi screwed up my phy paper. thats one confirm r paper so yayy happy mugging during the hols! yucks.
haha anyway ytd after econs and the disastrous physics paper eunice, sihua, caroline and me went seven eleven to get sth to eat. actually we wanted to go beach to eat but laziness set in so guess where we ate? haha anyway we ended up buying a strawberry cheesecake to share. and we actually played cai quan to decide who got to choose the flavour. sihua always wins at cai quan! haha we made some feeble attempts to chuan tong but unfortunately she still won so yayy we had strawberry cheesecake. after we bought it and opened it up den we realised that u have to thaw it for 60 mins. and microwaving was not encouraged, apparently. so haha. guess what we did. yupp we ate it cold. it was like frozen can! and we were like chipping the edges off. haha but caroline was strong man! she had like a hole in the cheesecake while we were still getting flakes off it! haha. and sihua and caroline were damn fast. eunice and i were hopeless mann! haha. looks like we dont only suck at physics we suck at cheesecake digging too! haha oh well. and we met the tiger beer man ytd too. it was super funny la. he kept talking to us and telling us weird stuff! and he talks in this super low, drawling soft voice thats damn creepy! and he kept smiling at us too. and he has such an eerie smile! like those im-gonna-eat-u-when-ure-not-looking smile! and eunice was like suddenly i feel like going to the beach. haha. suddenly the beach like not so far anymore. hahaha. seriously. and he leans super close to us to talk too! and eunice and i were sitting at the side where he kept leaning over but when he talked we all stared at the cheesecake as tho theres words growing on it or sth. but seriously, hes damn scary la. maybe if he didnt talk in that scary voice and smile in such a scary way he wont be so scary. haha ok thats alot of scarys in one sentence. lol.
ok anyway theres only two days left of promos! arent u guys sad that its ending so soon?! we'll be so free after that. nothing to fill up our time anymore. oops. forgetting sth called pw. haiz. anyway whatthehell i want promos to be over soon! so it can stop sucking away my life and making me sad. haha den it'll be Pcube time!!! yayy im looking looking looking forward to that! haha and shopping shopping shopping shopping!! everybody jiayoouu! we're getting there soon!
